Terms of use
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Draft - this document describes how Motion works today and is pending legal review. It will be finalized before general availability.
The short version: your story is yours, tokens price every render up front, and don't use Motion to harm people or infringe rights. The longer version follows.
01The agreement
These terms govern your use of Motion, the AI animation studio at this site. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you're using Motion for an organization under an enterprise agreement, that agreement prevails where the two differ.
02Your account
You need an account to create with Motion. Keep your credentials safe - activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live).
03Your content is yours
You keep all rights to what you upload and what you generate, to the fullest extent the underlying model licenses allow. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display your content back to you - not to train models on it, not to publish it. Work you explicitly publish to community surfaces is visible to others under the controls you choose.
04Dream Tokens and billing
Generations spend Dream Tokens. Token costs are shown before you run a generation; failed generations are not charged. Token purchases and plan payments are processed by our payment provider. Tokens are a service credit, not money - they're non-transferable and non-refundable except where law requires.
05Acceptable use
Don't use Motion to:
- Infringe copyright, trademark, or someone's likeness - our pre-flight checks may warn or block prompts that appear to; you're responsible for what you render.
- Generate unlawful content, or content that sexualizes minors - zero tolerance, immediate termination.
- Harass, defame, or deceive (including undisclosed deepfakes of real people).
- Probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without an agreement.
06AI output
Generative models make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, may resemble other works, and may be subject to the model provider's own usage terms. Review what you publish; you're responsible for how you use outputs commercially.
07Early access
Motion is in early access: features may change, be renamed, or be removed, and occasional downtime is expected. We'll treat your work with care - but keep exports of anything irreplaceable.
08Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
09Termination
You can stop using Motion and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable we'll warn you first and give you a way to export your work.
10Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced and the date above updated. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: vamshinr5899@gmail.com.
